2019 Annual Gala: A Royal Unmasking

On November 9, 2019, No Boundaries Coalition hosted its annual fundraiser. “A Royal Unmasking: No Boundaries Coalition 2020 and Beyond” took place at the Historic Westminster Hall in Baltimore, MD. The fundraiser is held annually to continue support for the advocacy work of the No Boundaries Coalition of Central West Baltimore.

2018 Annual Gala

On November 3, 2018, the No Boundaries Coalition hosted its annual fundraiser at the Historic Westminster Hall, in Baltimore, MD. Last year’s theme was “Our History, Our Hope.” The fundraiser is held annually to continue support for the advocacy work of the No Boundaries Coalition of Central West Baltimore. 

12th Annual Boundary Block Party

On June 1, 2019, No Boundaries Coalition and Jubilee Arts Baltimore hosted the 12th Annual Boundary Block Party, which brought residents together in central west Baltimore across boundaries of race and class and neighborhoods to celebrate the strengths of the community.


The next block party will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2020.


No Boundaries Coalition, Inc. is one of the leading community-led organizations in the Baltimore City. Celebrate the great accomplishments and activism efforts recognized within and beyond our community.


“It is an honor that the work … is being recognised by the world as a continued beacon of hope in a city overwhelmed with adversity,” said No Boundaries’ chief executive officer Ray Kelly. No Boundaries to receive Pax Christi award at ceremony to be held on the evening of September 15, 2018.

Membership Meetings

Every Second Tuesday @ 6:00PM

St. Peter Claver Church (1526 N Fremont St)

Our monthly membership meetings are a time for fellowship, engagement, decision-making, and action. Our meetings take place in the basement of St. Peter Claver Church, where No Boundaries Coalition has been holding meetings for nearly 10 years. Membership meetings are open to anyone who lives, works or worships in Central West Baltimore (the 21217 zip code).

Fresh at the Avenue

Every Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Avenue Market (1700 Pennsylvania Ave.)

Fresh at the Avenue is a signature project of No Boundaries Coalition’s health and food justice work.

Committee Meetings

Committee work is done at our monthly membership meetings, and also at separately scheduled committee meetings. Our current standing committees are:


Public Safety Committee

  • The fourth Tuesday of every month 6:00 pm-8:00 pm


Health and Food Justice Committee

  • The third Tuesday of every month from 6:30pm-8:30pm


Get out the Vote (GOTV) Committee

  • The second Tuesday of every month (No Boundaries Membership meeting) 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm


Youth Organizing Committee

  • Each Saturday from 1:30 pm-4:30 pm
  • Programming with impact that matters to our youth in West Baltimore is happening every year at No Boundaries Coalition.
