Program Mission

No Boundaries Youth Organizers (NbYO), is a leadership program focused on providing community organizing, professional, and life skills to youth ages 13 to 19, with a connection to 21217.

Vision

The No Boundaries Youth Organizers envisions a community where every young person is safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

2026 Issues: Our focus is on:

  1. Providing Youth Supports and Safety – Ensuring all youth have safe access to the services and supports needed for their mental, emotional, and physical well-being
  2. Eliminating Youth Drug AddictionEmpowering our peers, raising awareness, and providing both prevention & recovery resources to build a drug-free future.
  3. Promoting Positive EnvironmentsCultivating positive digital, physical, and community-based spaces—to increase safety, respect, kindness, wellness and connection and decrease conflict bullying and violence

Through organizing our peers, elevating youth voices and building collective power, we are:

  • Equipping youth with tools and opportunities to create change and cultivate resilience
  • Creating a foundation of peace and transformation for Baltimore City’s next generation of leaders
  • Shaping a brighter, healthier future for ourselves and our communities.

Hosted by the No Boundaries Youth Organizers (NbYO), Youth-led event where Baltimore youth discuss community issues, build leadership skills

 

The Youth Issues Assembly is an annual youth-led conference that brings together Baltimore City youth to discuss the issues that impact their lives and organize solutions for their communities.

 

Hosted by the No Boundaries Youth Organizers, this powerful gathering creates space for young people to build leadership skills, explore social justice issues, and connect with peers and community leaders working for change.

 

Through interactive workshops, panels, and creative activities, participants will explore topics such as:

  • Youth leadership & civic engagement
  • Mental health and wellness
  • Education and youth opportunity
  • Community organizing and advocacy
  • Arts, culture, and youth expression
  • Career exploration and entrepreneurship

 

The Youth Issues Assembly empowers young people to use their voices, develop solutions, and take action on the issues that matter most to them.
